Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the States, so that means it's time for the annual (as of today) SKARY HAND TURKEY CONTEST!!
Here's what you do: draw a hand turkey and share it here or by email katy@skary.com!
Here's what you win: The winning turkey artist will win a short story written about them and their turkey. If time allows, I'll record a reading of this story with background music and everything.
Rules: You don't have to be in the US to participate, but you DO have to enter your turkey by THIS Friday the 27th at 11:59pm Pacific for judging. Ways to enter:

- Attach your drawing or link to it in a comment on the Facebook post about this contest
- Post it on twitter and tweet it @katytowell
- Post it on Instagram with the tag #skarygiving
- Post it on Tumblr and tag it #skarygiving
BONUS ROUND: Get a pic of yourself donating food/goods to a shelter or food drive, and you'll be part of the story whether you win or not. You don't have to draw a turkey for this one unless you want to, and you have an extended deadline of Sunday at 11:59pm Pacific to get that photo to me by the same methods listed above. Make sure your photo includes you, what you're giving, and something proving that you're donating–like a shelter sign or a food drive box. This one's for a good cause, so be honest!
